Iggy Azalea is pressing the restart button for her sophomore album Surviving The Summer with the release of brand new single ‘Savior’.
Iggy has tried a couple of times to launch the album but both her singles ‘Mo Bounce‘ and ‘Switch’ featuring Brazilian star Anitta failed to make any impact. At one time, it was rumored that her label Def Jam Records had decided to drop her from the roster but that wasn’t accurate. A demo version ‘Savior’ leaked in December featuring Verse Simmonds doing the chorus duties but the Australian rapper has enlisted Quavo of Migos on the final product.
This is a catchy and upbeat song which has good potential to make an impact on the charts but will fans give Iggy that chance? Let’s wait and see. ‘Savior’ is now out in select international markets (listen in full here).
UPDATE: it now comes with a lyric video starring the rapper.
