Cardi B Wants to Get Into Politics; Considers Going Back to School

Cardi B doesn’t shy away from giving her opinion on government policies and is a constant critic of Donald Trump. But looks like she wants to go one step further and become a politician herself.

The rapper sent out a few tweets on Sunday, expressing her interest in getting into politics full time. “I think I want to be a politician,” Cardi said. “I really love government even tho I don’t agree with [our] Government.” She continued: “Like I was watching War documentaries. No matter how many weapons a country have you need people! How are you trying to go against a country and possibly start a war when this country lacks patriotism? I barely see people claiming they LOVE being American.”

“I will have to explain a lot so I will have to do a video or a live talking about it …So imma come back to my last two tweets another day. Imma talk about it another day,” she wrote followed by another tweet where she says that if she goes back to school, she can be a part of the Congress and shake the table. “I do feel like if I go back to school and focus up I can be part of Congress. I deadass have sooo much ideas that make sense. I just need a couple of years of school and I can shake the table.”

Last week, Cardi criticized President Trump’s order to kill Iranian General Qassem Soleimani. “Sh*t ain’t no joke! Specially being from New York. Its sad this man is putting Americans live in danger. Dumbest move Trump did till date.” Cardi publicly endorsed Sen. Bernie Sanders in the presidential race last year.
