Watch Eminem’s Surprise ‘Lose Yourself’ Performance at 2020 Oscars

This was a surprise no one was expecting at all. Eminem came out of nowhere at the 92nd annual Oscars on Sunday night to perform his Oscar-winning, multi platinum hit ‘Lose Yourself’ for the audience.

Ahead of the performance, Lin-Manuel Miranda spoke about the importance of the song to the film, 8 Mile. “You couldn’t take the song out of the movie and you couldn’t take the movie out of the song,” he said. The audience recited the hook along with the legendary rapper whose worldwide hit was featured in the semi-autobiographical film.
