Another great VERZUZ battle took place tonight, this time between two kings of 2000s, Nelly and Ludacris.
There were some technical difficulties in the beginning with Nelly’s stream but once that was sorted, both artists went through their numerous hits over the last two decades or so. At one point, 450k viewers were tuned in to watch the epic match. It wasn’t exactly a “battle” as both artists repeatedly saluted each other for their achievements and contribution to music.
Ludacris played songs like ‘My Chick Bad’, ‘Splash Waterfalls’, ‘Yeah!’, ‘Welcome to Atlanta’, ‘How Low’, ‘Move B*tch’ and ‘Lovers & Freinds’ while Nelly came back with ‘Tip Drill’, ‘Ride Wit Me’, ‘Grillz’, ‘Country Grammar’, ‘Hot In Herre’, ‘Dillemma’ and more.

Apart from the hits, Ludacris also debuted a new track with Lil Wayne called ‘Silence of the Lambs’, produced by Timbaland as well as a collaboration with Chance The Rapper. He also made the surprise announcement that a joint project between him, Usher and Lil Jon was in the works. Watch the clips below.
