We’ve known about Playboi Carti’s sophomore album Whole Lotta Red since way back in the summer of 2018 right after Die Lit came out. In the long wait for it, fans have been very vocal about how heavily they are anticipating it.
Although the first album was polarising, the wait has only made the hype for WLR even crazier. Snippets have only made the wait even longer and more difficult but tonight, it’s time for Carti fans to feast. After a long wait which included some label trouble, Carti has finally released the project as a Christmas gift after announcing it just two days ago.
WLR boasts features from Kanye West, Kid Cudi and Future. There were rumors that Drake will appear on the project but that has not happened. It’s been two years since Die Lit so fans will be happy to receive 24 songs this time around. You can stream it below.
