Los Angeles Clippers’ All-Star forward Kawhi Leonard is working on his Culture Jam compilation which should be coming soon.
He has already partnered with NBA Youngboy and Rod Wave on the song ‘Everything Different‘ which came out in May. Today, Kawhi, who is doing the project with senior vice president of A&R at Warner Records, Eesean Bolden, returns with the follow up single.
This time, they combine the talents of Gunna and Polo G who perform pretty well over the trap influenced ‘Waves’. Listen below.
Kawhi had revealed that a potion of revenue from the song will go towards the Mamba & Mambacita Foundation. “It’s just something that could uplift our community. And, you know, a portion of each stream is gonna go to the Mamba & Mambacita [Sports] Foundation,” Leonard told reporters. “It’s just something good for the community, you know what I mean?”
