Vic Mensa has been arrested on drug charges while on the way back from Ghana.
The U.S. Customs Agents arrested the rapper at the Dulles International Airport in Fairfax, VA on Saturday night after being found in possession of mushrooms, LSD, and other psychedelic drugs. COS reports that the authorities discovered 41 grams of LSD, 124 grams of psilocybin capsules, 178 grams of psilocybin gummies, and six grams of psilocybin mushrooms concealed inside the rapper’s luggage.
Vic was booked for felony narcotics possession. Psilocybin, the scientific name for shrooms is a Schedule I substance under federal law, although some states have legalized it. Vic has been transferred to Loudoun County Adult Detention Center and has not released a statement yet about the development.
