On the leaked version of Food & Liquor, there is a song called ‘Real Recognize Real (Pills)’ which is one of the songs in the Michael Young History saga that was made famous with The Cool. It was replaced on the final version on the album and never saw the light of day, officially speaking.
Tonight, seventeen and a half years after leaking, the song gets an official release as part of Chilli’s Spotlight, which has previously brought us other songs like ‘Fah Real‘ and ‘Hustlaz‘. It’s now called ‘Out There’ and it’s produced by Prolyfic. Listen below.
