Blxst Releases Debut Album ‘I’ll Always Come Find You’ ft. Anderson .Paak, Offset, More: Listen

Blxst, an artist with one of the most unique vocal textures in hip hop and RnB in the present times, has just released his debut album, I’ll Always Come Find You.

The album features one of the kings of this sort of soulful style, Anderson .Paak, as well as Offset, who arguably occupies a different spectrum within hiphop sonically. If that doesn’t speak to the heterogeneous soundscape of this album, we don’t know what will.

The album comes out following the two pack release from Blxst earlier this year, which featured both Anderson .Paak and Offset. While the track with Offset is an interesting fusion of afrorhythms and autotune melodies that makes you feel like you’re floating in the open ocean, the track with .Paak is called ‘Dance with the Devil’, and features him talking slick with a devil tongue and up to no good. Both tracks, frankly, set the pace for the project, which delivers especially well on the expectations.

While Blxst’s best performing music so far has arguably been a Kendrick feature as part of ‘Die Hard’ off Mr. Morale and the Big Steppers, the album seems well positioned to potentially change that in the future. Undoubtedly, Blxst has a style that is uniquely his, and this is really what amounts to longevity in the long run.

What remains yet to be seen is just the extent of Blxst’s occupation of the niche he has so intentionally crafted, and the ways in which it grows and adapts to his future releases. For now, you can check out the project below!
