It’s been a long time coming but former Notorious B.I.G and Murder Inc. affiliate Charli Baltimore is finally prepping the release of her yet untitled album for April 24th, 2012. An album titled Cold As Ice was originally planned way back in 1999 but it failed to see an official public release.
