Everybody is eager to hear what Justin Timberlake brings to the table with the sequel to his very successful album The 20/20 Experience, releasing on September 30th. The lead single ‘Take Back The Night’ hasn’t achieved the same success as ‘Suit & Tie’ and ‘Mirrors’ from the first edition so it will be interesting to see if he is able to build the same hype this time around.
Sitting down with NY Times, JT spoke on his multi generational appeal, why he loves performing and the sound of CD #2.
“hotter, older evil twin sister” of “20/20,” and then, even more intriguingly: “If you could imagine you’re 16 and she’s everything you thought. She’s Marilyn Monroe and then you meet her older sister; everything that’s dark and wrong about her at that age is why you become infatuated with her.”
