Buddy has been around for a while but had struggled to find his own sound and a proper launchpad for his debut album.
The Compton rapper was signed to Pharrell’s labels Star Trak and subsequently I Am Other around 2010 with the debut commercial single ‘Awesome Awesome’ arriving in 2011. The talented rapper and singer took a sort of hiatus to work on his craft further, releasing and is now finally ready to present his debut album Harlan & Alondra.
The project arrives after the singles ‘Hey Up There‘ with Ty Dolla Sign and ‘Black‘ with ASAP Ferg as well as the pre-order singles ‘Trouble on Central‘ and ‘Trippin‘ with Khalid. Other guests on the 12 song album include the legendary Snoop Dogg and Guapdad 4000. Stream the new album now.
