Rick Ross has some legal troubles once again. The rapper is now being sued for his Maybach Music tagline by another rapper named Young Muhammad, reports TMZ.
Muhammad has filed a suit in small claims court claiming that Ross first used the popular tag used all over his music now, for the first time on his song called ‘Caprice Music’ back in 2007. From then onward, Rozay reportedly continued to use the tagline and built a catchy line without compensating Muhammad.
Muhammad has sued Ross for $9,999 for theft of his intellectual property and also included Roc Nation in the suit for endorsing “Maybach Music.” So far, Ross has not responded to the case.
