Lil Yachty Reveals Reason Behind Delay of Glacier Boyz Project with Gucci Mane & Migos

The Glazier Boyz joint project between Gucci Mane, Migos and Lil Yachty was announced back in February. Later in beginning of April, it was revealed that the album will arrive on April 13th but of course that never happened.

Fans of Quality Control have been waiting for some news regarding the all star album which has now received an update from Yachty. In a conversation with Rap-Up, the young rapper admits that the project has been delayed because the music wasn’t up to par. “We had hella songs, but some of them just wasn’t up to par,” he tells Rap-Up. “[Migos] had dropped Culture II, they didn’t want to put no crap out,” said Yachty.

He went on to divulge that the team is also working on the sequel to Quality Control’s Control the Streets, Vol. 1 compilation.
