Previous story:

This past week saw some major releases in the R&B/Hip-Hop world. It was initially label mates Jhene Aiko and Jadakiss holding it down with their respective albums, Chilombo and Ignatius.

Then came Lil Uzi Vert on Friday morning with his much awaited album Eternal Atake which had seen many delays in the past. It’s no surprise that the project is putting out numbers. HDD projects that Uzi will sell a whopping 275k325k copies of the album first week with just 5k-8k albums coming from pure sales. This is more than double his last album Luv Is Rage II which sold 135k first week.

Jhene is set to sell 95k120k copies of Chilombo first week with 4k-7k coming from pure sales. This is around triple her last effort, Trip, which sold 32k first week.

Megan comes in projected to sell 35k40k copies of her new EP Suga first week. Of that number, 3k-5k comes from pure sales.

Check back throughout the week as numbers change.
