The Weeknd Releases New Album ‘After Hours’ with No Guest Features: Stream

The Weeknd has finally released his fourth studio album After Hours today after months of promotion.

Both his main singles, ‘Blinding Lights‘ and ‘Heartless‘ are already platinum. While the former is now approaching top 3 on Billboard Hot 100, the latter initially debuted at the number 1 spot upon debut before slowly declining. ‘Blinding Lights’ has also been a massive success in international markets due to its global appeal. The Canadian superstar unveiled the tracklist just a few days ago, where no guest appearances were listed.

As we reported in our production credits article, there are actually no features on Abel’s latest effort. Production on the highly anticipated Republic Records release comes from Metro Boomin (3 tracks), Illangelo, Frank Dukes, Max Martin, Tame Impala, Dre Moon, Ricky Reed and more.

The Weeknd is the first major artist to release an album after the Coronavirus pandemic so it will be interesting to see how the world consumes it. Stream it below.
