DJ Kay Slay has been hospitalized for Covid-19 according to music executive and manager Wack 100.
Wack revealed that the legendary New York DJ has been hospitalized with coronavirus and has been fighting for the last two weeks. The 55-year-old was recently put on a ventilator according to him.
“Pray for my brotha @djkayslay It’s not looking good,” he wrote on Instagram. “He might be mad at me for this those that know Slay but he needs all the support he can get … Been 14 days fighting Covid and he’s just be put on a ventilator.”
Since the revelation, he received outpouring of well wishes from artists, fans and members of the music community. While promoting his single ‘In My Soul’ on Instagram, Kay Slay’s team thanked his supporters for their wishes. “Keep the positive energy up for my brother Slay for a speedy Recovery,” read the caption under his photo.
