Eminem is dropping the sequel to his highly-acclaimed Marshall Mathers LP this November. Today however, we get a look at the official album cover. Em takes us back to Detroit to his house on Novara Street that he lived in with Mr. Porter. The Marshall Mathers LP 2, which is executive produced by Dr. Dre and Rick Rubin, hits retailers on November 5th. Read more about how Em dropped the cover after the jump.
Em released this cover in a very interesting way which is definitely out of the norm for him. He tweeted:
Alright I’m gonna ask a trivia question…first person to get it right gets the #MMLP2 album art before anyone else β Marshall Mathers (@Eminem) September 20, 2013
Then followed up with:
What street did me & Mr. Porter live on together in Detroit when we were working as cooks at Gilbert’s Lodge? #MMLP2 β Marshall Mathers (@Eminem) September 20, 2013
There was a winner:
You spelled it wrong but ok you were first. Follow @ShadyRecords and DM to get the prize. RT: @bigbuckkilla66 @Eminem navara
