When people discuss Hip-Hop and The Oscar Awards, the first triumph that comes to mind is Eminem. Most people forget that in 2006, Three 6 Mafia’s ‘It’s Hard Out Here For A Pimp’ won the award for Best Original Song. Last night the Oscars took place and although Common took home an award, it was a bittersweet moment for Hip-Hop.
Juicy J took to Twitter to remind people that he’s won an award and to announce that THC: The Hustle Continues may be his “last album”. However, the hustle truly does continue because Juicy also states that he would become a CEO at a major label, wisely using his years and years of experience in the game. This information paired with the fact that he will be executive producing A$AP Rocky’s next album go hand-in-hand.
Should Juicy retire? Check out all four of his tweets below.
