It has just been announced that this June, Kanye West will be headlining Glastonbury on Saturday on the Pyramid stage.
This is an extremely good look for Ye and Hip-Hop in general because it’s rare that a rapper headlines this festival. You might remember that back in 2008, Jay Z headlined and after the announcement was made, received some negative criticism from Noel Gallagher, saying that Hip-Hop couldn’t headline successfully and it was “wrong”.
Hopefully So Help Me God will be in rotation by then too.
