Until we receive Rolling Papers 2, Wiz Khalifa will continue to releases loosies for fans. He decides to release these two because he’s “tired stoned and only ate a panini last night.” All valid reasons if you ask me. ‘Just Because’ is produced by Harry Fraud and production on ‘Outsiders’ is handled by Big Jerm and Christo.
