Producer Pay Cash Breaks Down Jeezy ‘Cold Summer’, ‘Bottles Up’ & ‘Snow Season’ Beats — Watch

 

Jeezy’s new album Pressure is out now and receiving a great reaction from fans. It boasts of guest appearances from Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole, 2 Chainz, YG, Kodak Black, Trey Songz, Diddy and more while production is handled by Pay Cash, D.Rich, Cardiak and SoundSmith among others (check full credits here).

Pay Cash was a part from the production team The Olympicks who has previously done records with Rick Ross, Jeezy, Big Sean, DJ Khaled and ASAP Rocky to name a few. He rides solo now and contributed to Jeezy’s new album with as many as three songs — ‘Cold Summer’ feat. Tee Grizzley, ‘Bottles Up’ feat. Didy and the outro, ‘Snow Season’.

In an exclusive clip shared with HHNM, Pay Cash reveals that he sent Jeezy about seven beats this time around and the Atlanta rapper ended up recording on almost all of them but three of them made the cut. He also details a little bit about his initial introduction with Jeezy and then breaks down the process of how he created the three beats, including the samples he used. Watch it below.
