JID has reminded the rap game exactly what skills he has to boast with his latest album release, God Does Like Ugly.
Dropping an entire Preluxe mixtape prior to the album, JID even raised the standards of a typical hip hop album rollout and showcased innovative ways in which music can be marketed. But one of the highlight’s of JID’s career was, of course, going toe to toe with none other than Eminem on ‘Animals Pt.1‘
Fans were incredibly impressed with JID and the way in which he held his own. Now, the excitement has increased further, as JID has recently confirmed the existence of a much anticipated sequel to the track. Yes, that is correct; JID is done making ‘Animals Pt. 2,’ which is supposed to feature a plethora of lyrically adept rappers.

In conversation with B.Dot, the rapper revealed that not only is the track done, he also has enlisted “a bunch of other guys” on the project. He also spoke about the fact that the track is only stuck due to sample clearances, which once cleared, will pave the way for the track’s rollout.
