The internet has been abuzz with chatter of how twisted it might be if D4VD did indeed commit the Celeste Rivas murder, especially considering that one of his top songs is titled ‘Romantic Homicide.’ Now, as it turns out, the case may be heading towards a sense of closure as authorities narrow down on public suspicions.
According to a recent news report by TMZ, D4VD is likely to be indicted in the Celeste Rivas murder trial & might face murder charges as early as February (which is when witnesses may be heard by the jury).
While previously it seemed as though the grand jury is an investigative one — one that’s incapable of indictments and only helpful in terms of gathering of evidence, it now seems to be the case that the jury will actually vote on indictments.
According to claims by TMZ, it is believed that certain authorities believe that D4VD is indeed responsible for the murder, “including prosecutor Beth Silverman.” In the same article, it is also claimed that “D4vd’s day-to-day manager, Robert Morgenroth, testified for days” upon being pushed by Silverman on why he didn’t call the police.
Apparently, Morgengroth claimed it wasn’t his responsibility, and that his responsibility was largely to keep D4VD’s tour going. The story is still developing — stay tuned for more!
