How’s it going HHNMers? Today’s Saturday and we’re back with another new edition of our Saturday Spotlight series where we give several different upcomers a chance to shine. Today we have some excellent submissions from the likes of Shugga Shane, Chance Fisher, Will Hill, Slim Dollas, and Rockboy K9. Take a good listen after the break and enjoy your weekend.

Shugga Shane

First up in today’s series is West Coast emcee Shugga Shane and his excellent new mixtape L.A. Kings. Shane copped features from Skeme, H.O.P.E. Wright, Callkidd and others, while grabbing production from I.D. Labs, Superstar O, Jahlil Beats, and much more. Chance Fischer

Repping VA, next up is Chance Fisher and his dope new track ‘DEUX’ produced by D Nilsz. Giving us the sequel to his previous effort ‘Tantalize‘, Chance showcases his lyrical ability while still having fun with the music. He boasts, “But I’m sweating out tracks, same thing I do when I’m letting out raps, smoother than a butter leather seat in the lac, tell them other n****s fall back!”. I think it’s obvious he can spit. See for yourself below.

Will HIll

Following up his 2013 project Ramadan, Atlanta-via-Chicago artist Will HIll returns to the airwaves with the first single off his forthcoming project Idle titled, “Meter”. Produced by Kebu, the sultry upbeat tempo serves as the perfect backdrop for Will HIll to tell a love tale. Will HIll also calls on fellow ATL natives Alkebulan and Miloh Smith to tell their own narratives, bringing another dynamic to “Meter”. Enjoy below.

Slim Dollars

Repping the gritty streets of Harlem, NY, next up is Slim Dollars and his dope new video titled ‘You’. This well-written street record will be found on his upcoming mixtape Underground Jesus expected to drop on April 22nd. The project will feature production from Best Kept Secret, Lavish, Sean C and LV, and appearances from Smoke DZA, Maffew Ragazino, Perrion and more. Until then, enjoy this new video.

Rockboy K9

Last, but certainly not least, is talented emcee Rockboy K9 and his hypnotizing new track ‘Photoshop’ featuring his West Coast brethren Kyle. The instrumental is very trance-like and that’s a good thing with Rockboy’s soothing lyrics. This summer tune will be found on K9’s upcoming EP 187.
