There were reports last month that Fetty Wap and Turquoise Miami’s daughter, Lauren Maxwell, had reportedly passed away.
The news didn’t make it wide as it wasn’t validated but Fetty’s ex Turquoise has today confirmed the unfortunate news of death of their daughter.
She confirmed it via an Instagram post, writing: “This is my amazing, beautiful, funny, vibrant, loving, talented, smart and hardheaded princess mermaid Aquarius. If you see this post scrolling by with her comment or just say to yourself “ i love you LAUREN ”because they say that souls can feel your love #rip.”

Fetty has not commented directly on the passing yet but he reportedly dedicated his performance at Rolling Loud Miami to his daughter. The rapper also posted an Instagram story about her, writing: “LoLo daddy did that s–t for you last night baby girl.”
The reason for her death remains unclear at this point, even though reports said she had been sick for some time. Her mother also defended Fetty on her stories against the trolls as they wanted to protect her from all the negativity. We send our prayers to the family during this difficult time.
