Ja Rule’s ‘Pain Is Love 2’ Pushed Back

This isn’t some shocking news. With just one single in rotation combined with no radio adds or a video release, a push back was very much expected for Pain Is Love 2, the highly anticipated album from Ja Rule. While we wait for the Hype Williams directed video for ‘Real Life Fantasy’, producer 7 Aurelius has confirmed in an interview with MIO that the album will no longer be released on June 7th. big sean too!! The best thing for artists to do is not give a date at all up until they have a solid product. All these pushbacks, genuine or not, seem like missteps and/or failure to generate enough public interest to get the project released.

I agree with 7 on this one. Ja Rule deserves better promotion. Fans have been waiting for the Chronic and PIL2 for a while now. It seems as though they are trying to put together a masterpiece here.
