Ja Rule has already suffered a couple of push backs earlier this year and now another one has been written. Originally slated for January 24th, Pain Is Love 2 will now come out on February 28th, 2012, a day before his birthday. The delay is being blamed on the lack of time for properly promoting the album in the US and overseas market.
