Murs announced the lineup for the 2013 Paid Dues Independent Hip-Hop Festival. The eighth annual fest will take place on Saturday, March 30th at the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino, California.
Headlining the event is the Black Hippy crew made of Kendrick Lamar, Ab-Soul, SchoolBoy Q and Jay Rock. Also on the bill are Macklemore, Ryan Lewis, Tech N9ne, Dom Kennedy, De La Soul and more.
