It’s that time again. After high profile releases from Big Boi, The Game and Bruno Mars last week, another couple of talked about rap albums were released yesterday, December 18th. Before we get on to the sales projections, let’s have a look at the numbers from this week.

Bruno Mars – Unorthodox Jukebox (192k) #2
The Game – Jesus Piece (87k) #5
Big Boi – Vicious Lies And Dangerous Rumors (30k) #33

Moving to the projections for next week, T.I.’s Trouble Man: Heavy Is The Head is expected to move 150-175k copies in the first week which will make a good fight for the second spot on Billboard. Chief Keef on the other hand is on course for 50-55k which isn’t bad for his standards either.

Thoughts?

Sold about the same as No Mercy. T.I. has a stable fan base, kinda reminds me of 50 situation with BISD and lack of buzz, thats terrible for keef though so much for being the leader of the new generation.
