Toronto rapper Peter Jackson is prepping the release of his new mixtape Good Company which will be hosted by !llmind and mixed by DJ Whoo Kid & DJ Dames Nellas. On the sequel to his track ‘I Don’t Give A F**k 2.0’ he combines forces of some young and veteran MCs who are all known for their skills on the mic. This is the first single from the upcoming mixtape and HHNM is happy to premiere it. Produced by Metcalfe.
Says Peter:
“This whole mixtape and concept came about when I was approached by an A&R rep out of the US who loved my record “Can’t Get Enough” with THE LOX & Jay Vado. He asked me to send him more records and we started working from that day forward. The whole purpose behind this tape is to show the industry I can hang with the heavy weights, and make great music for people to vibe to. We didn’t go out and purchase big features and production from everyone. We simply hooked up with legends, respected and talented artists, who wanted to work with us and be part of this project. I feel very blessed to have records with some of my favorite new artists, and artists I’ve looked up to for years”
