The Weeknd Debuts At Number Two On The Charts

After an exciting week in hip-hop, we have the first week album sales from The Weeknd, 2 Chainz and Janelle Monae. HDD has reported that The Weeknd’s Kissland has landed at number 2 on the charts selling approximately 97,985 copies. Not too shabby.

2 Chainz is expected to finish 3rd on the chart selling roughly 60,664 with his B.O.A.T.S. II: Me Time  and Janelle Monae will finish 5th on the chart with about 47,894 copies sold on her The Electric Lady project. Do these numbers surprise you? Let us know!
