Wait, wait. Am I dreaming? One of my favorite producers, Hi-Tek is back? Moments ago, the legendary Cincinnati producer and rapper released a new video ‘Where U Been’ which addresses him being somewhat missing in action. We haven’t heard much from Tek since 2010 when Reflection Eternal (w/ Talib Kweli) released their sophomore album Revolutions per Minute.
