Bad (but not so bad?) news for Gucci Mane. Gucci has pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, the charge for which carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in jail. But under the plea he has been able to cop, he’s only expected to face 39 months in jail, 10 months of which are credit for the time he has already served in prison.
The rapper has been locked up in Atlanta since September after cops arrested him for possession of a loaded handgun and marijuana.
