This Tuesday saw two important releases in the world of Rap music — Lupe Fiasco’s fifth album Tetsuo & Youth and Joey Bada$$’ debut album B4.DA.$$.
Lupe’s new album Tetsuo & Youth is quite stellar and once again proves why he’s one of the best lyricists in the game. According to HDD, it’s projected to sell a disappointing 30-35k in the first week, (35-40k sales plus streams).
Pro Era’s Joey Bada$$ will end up scoring a successful debut as B4.DA.$$ is expected to move 50-55k copies in the first week (55-60k sales plus streams). The album features production from Statik Selektah, DJ Premier, Hit-Boy and more.
