You’ve probably all heard about Jay Z’s brand new streaming service venture by now. His $56,000,00 bid was confirmed recently and since then he has announced the birth of TIDAL.
In the past 24 hours, huge artists like Kanye West, Nicki Minaj, Rihanna, Usher, Madonna and more have shown support on social media by changing their profile pictures to the above shade of blue.
We wonder what he’ll be announcing this afternoon. A new album? Just telling us more about the service? Whatever it is, we’ll keep you updated here. The announcement will begin at 5PM EST.
UPDATE: TIDAL is an artist owned streaming service. Kanye West, Rihanna, J. Cole, Jay Z, Beyoncé, Alicia Keys, Daft Punk and more are owners.
