Bilal has a new album coming out called In Another Life (track list here) on June 30th where he has a collaboration named ‘Money Over Love’ featuring Kendrick Lamar.
The two debuted the song for the first time in L.A. during Adrian Younge’s special concert. But BBC Radio’s Gilles Peterson got the green light to premiere the studio version of the song on his show this weekend during his “Bilal segment” and some fans were able to catch a rip of it.
The song is funky like we expected and should be a great listen in CDQ when it arrives. For now, we have to be content with this.
