Sage The Gemini has been prepping the release of his sophomore album Bachelor Party for a while now but it keeps getting pushed back for one reason or another.
Turns out, the Bay Area rapper has now exited Republic Records and signed a new deal with Atlantic. To kick things off, he’s dropped a new single titled ‘Now And Later’ and it definitely has a good feel to it. Stream it below.
“Actually, this was the first song I recorded after signing to Atlantic,” Sage told The FADER. “I was just having fun in the studio playing with melodies and cadences. When I heard the beat, the chorus instantly came to me and felt dangerously catchy, which to me is a great thing when writing songs.”
Last week, he released a freebie titled ‘Do Not Disturb‘.
