Burglaries and robberies at artists’ houses is becoming a common occurrence now. Either that or they are just getting reported much more frequently in the media these days.
The latest victim is rapper ASAP Rocky. TMZ reports that his L.A. house was hit with an armed robbery last night (May 16) around 11.30 pm. Three armed male suspects landed on the door and forced their way into the house after a woman answered. The said woman is reportedly a relative of Rocky’s.
The men were able to loot about $1.5 million worth in jewelry and other property. They also took away a safe from the house but left it at the last moment on the sidewalk for some reason before driving away in their vehicle. The woman was not injured in the incident.
