Macklemore is releasing his new album Gemini on September 22nd which will have minimal involvement from his regular partner Ryan Lewis this time. Skylar Grey (on first single ‘Glorious‘), Lil Yachty (on second single ‘Marmalade‘), Kesha and a bunch of underground artists from Seattle will have guest appearances on it (full tracklist here).
There is also Offset from Migos who collaborates with the Platinum selling and GRAMMY award winning emcee on the song ‘Willy Wonka’. The two had previewed the upbeat song a couple of weeks ago through a vlog which had the fans excited. The full song can be streamed below.
Macklemore recently stopped by Funkmaster Flex’s show on Hot 97 for a freestyle, which can be watched here. Gemini serves as Macklemore’s first solo effort since 2005’s The Language of My World. You can pre-order Gemini on iTunes now.
