Labeled as #PuffPuffPassTuesdays, Snoop is kicking it off today with his first song called “El Lay” featuring Marty James and produced by Scoop Deville. In addition, Snoop has dedicated this song in celebration of the NBA All-Star Weekend coming to Los Angeles in February 2011.
