50 Cent has refuted rumors that there’s a feud between him and Dr. Dre over his SMS Audio headphone range competing with the boss’ Beats By Dre line in the same market. The rumors were mainly fueled by this paparazzi video last year where Dre claimed that he had never heard of 50’s headphones. In an interview with Metro last week in Birmingham, 50 said all’s well and they’re working on new music at the moment.
What do you make about the stories in the press about a so-called feud between you and Dr Dre over headphones?
There is no feud. I just saw Dr Dre two days ago in Los Angeles. We got a chance to talk and he’s going to be mixing records for me on his album.
