Bilal’s 4th studio album A Love Surreal hits stores on February 26th but NPR is giving fans a chance to listen to the album in its entirety more than a week in advance. Not many artists today can fuse Funk & R&B like this Philly singer. Not to forget, he’s also a fantastic singer.
