Ja Rule is free from prison and now busy in promoting his upcoming film I’m In Love With A Church Girl which also stars beautiful singer/actress Adrienne Bailon. Ja plays Miles Montego, a former high level drug trafficker who struggles from his past and inconsistent life. He meets Vanessa (Adrienne Bailon), a church girl one day who wins his heart and the two embark on a fairytale romance. Life changes quickly for them as Miles struggles to live up to his reputation, feelings of unworthiness, the death of his mother, federal charges relating to past acts, his friends being indicted, the strain on his relationship with Vanessa and almost losing her in a near fatal car accident.
Vanessa’s extended and biological church family then help Miles in his spiritual breakdown and making him see God for who he really is. Watch the impressive trailer below and expect the movie to hit theaters on October 18th.
