Kid Cudi appeared on The Arsenio Hall show tonight to promote his new album Satellite Flight. He spoke on his past suicidal tendencies, how loneliness is a big problem in the urban world today, the surprise release strategy for his latest LP, why Hip-Hop needs to move on from money, cars & hoes. Cudder says it’s holding our culture back as we have been doing it for over 4 decades and it’s time that we set good examples for our future generations. He even joked about influencing Drake, saying “there would be no Drake” if it wasn’t for him.
Do you agree with his comments about current state of Hip-Hop?
He also took the stage later on to perform ‘Internal Bleeding’ from Satellite Flight. Watch after the break.
