Lil Wayne has released a video dissing Justin Bieber’s longtime manager Scooter Braun. In the clip, Weezy goes off on Scooter in defence of Lil Twist who is standing beside him. The issues stems from the fact that Scooter has been allegedly planting stories in the media about how Twist has been a bad influence on Justin’s life and career.
