Tayyib Ali a young rapper from Philadelphia who caught the eye of Russel Simmons and got signed to his All Def Digital imprint. He recently released the video for his latest single ‘Do It (High School Dropout)’ which we recommend you should check out. The video for the impressive song was directed by Matt Alonzo.
Franc Grams
Meet Franc Grams, a young spitter from New London, Connecticut who has been building a buzz in the streets for a few years. In 2012, he also got the opportunity to open for Joe Budden on his Second First Impression Tour. Below is the latest release, a freestyle over Lil Wayne’s ‘Believe Me’ but you can check out more of his music here.
One Take
One Take is an upcoming emcee from Queens, New York and has influences from various genres of music since he was born to Caribbean parents. His uncle was a road manager for Big Daddy Kane which encouraged him to pick up the pen and start writing. He takes pride in recoding his verses in one take and hence his stage name, One Take. Check out his latest single ‘Verrazano’ below.
