A few days ago, Rick Ross failed to perform at HOT 107.5 FM’s Summer Jamz 17 concert. According to the promoter and the program director of the station, Ross didn’t perform because he was in fear for his life after he was met with 100-150 goons outside the venue — Chene Park Amphitheater.
According to rumors, local rapper Trick Trick was behind the so called “goons” who put Ross in the “no fly zone” because he hasn’t paid homage to local people.
But in an interview with 99 Jamz, Ross denies that he was in fear for his life and says that he didn’t even reach the venue. Shutting down the rumors partially in a very hyper mode, Ross says some of his entourage reached the venue only to find the gates locked so they decided to return, resulting in a no show at the concert.
