Gucci Mane was sentenced to a total of 39 months today after pleading guilty to a federal firearms charge several months ago. He was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon after reaching an agreement with prosecutors. Since Gucci has already served 11 months in DeKalb County jail since his arrest in September last year, there’s a chance that it will be added to his credit if Bureau of Prison agrees to his lawyers’ request. If his plea is accepted, he would only have to serve the remaining 28 months in prison.
