Drake ‘If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late’ First Week Sales Projections

UPDATE: The projections have now gone to 550k plus.

It hasn’t even been 24 hours since Drake shook up the internet and dropped his surprise project If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late. Despite this, we have some crazy estimated numbers for the first-weekend of this release.

HDD reports that Drake will hit the 500k mark by the end of Sunday which is astonishing. But here’s something strange: although the singles from it are charting on the Top Songs chart on iTunes, the project (which is pretty much an album) isn’t listed at all on iTunes’ Top Album Charts. His previous albums are all showing up on the list. Take Care is #36, Nothing Was The Same #58, Thank Me Later #74 and even So Far Gone is #138.

Could this be something to do with a feud with Cash Money? Or is it just a delay in iTunes’ counting? Tell us what you think in the comment section.
